    It did, I had no idea what it was so it took a minute to realize the issue and shut it down.

    Long story short, I had a small crash, had to replace the lower unit housing. I rebuilt everything, but messed up connecting the coolant tubes. I got the motor real hot on the river, but shut it down and got towed back to the dock. I rebuilt everything again, I think I did it right this time...
