I thought it was the tilt motor going out so I replaced that and I realized I could test the old one and it works fine.     The solenoids didn’t move it. I hear it engage but it doesn’t move. This is new one to me. Does one wire move it yo and one wire move it down? Or does one solenoid move it up and once solenoid move them down(speaking about trim and tilt) My trim button up is not working now also.
