    Can someone tell me how to set my points (NEW) to .020. I get that the centre oval spins with the shaft and opens the points but how do you set them if it needs to turn to open them and then measure.

    I can get this motor going after I rebuilt the carb but then it dies out it is like it empties the bowl on the carb and then dies out like it doesn't fill back up the bowl on the carb how can you adjust the float or is it self adjusting. any suggestions would be great.
