    "I've got an 1988 johnson "I've got an 1988 johnson 88 horse that is extremely difficult to steer any time, ether direction, in or out of the water. I've cleaned and lubed the push pull bars and that didn't seem to help. Could the push pull bars be worn out? How can I tell?"

    1967 Evinrude 6 horse lower unit

    "I've got a 67 6 horse fis "I've got a 67 6 horse fisherman that is over heating. I can't seem to get the lower unit free to check the impeller, I pulled the 4 bolts and it comes down about a 1/2 inch and that's it. I have not put allot of pressure on it as I don't want to make things worse...
