    One more dumb question< actually two. on the parts breakdown there is a "lead shot" pointing to bottom of carb. is that inside the bowl or the outside on the bottom. Also, on the top of carb. there is an opening should it be ?

    Motor runs great with choke almost all the way closed. If i open choke it acts like it is starving for gas. Any ideas?? Thanks
