    fuel problem 1995 60 hp

    I have a 1995 60 HP Mercury/tracker Pro series that will not throttle up & doesn't idle properly. It acts like it isn't getting enough fuel, but it fouls plugs when I choke it to keep it running. Fuel filter is clean, new plugs & fuel pump looks clean.

    I have a 1995 60 HP motor which acts like it isn't getting enough fuel. It needs to be choked to keep it running.
