I have a 1995 60 HP motor which acts like it isn't getting enough fuel. It needs to be choked to keep it running. I thought it might have a problem with the pickup tube in the tank, but that checked out ok. Had the fuel pump off and fuel filter is clean. What can I check out next? When I took it out of storage it was missing on one cylinder & I changed plugs, that seems to have taken care of that, but it acts like it is starving for fuel
