    how to use this forum

    hi it is dougmowat would like some help in using forum. need some help with electrics on 2002 F60TLRA 4 stroke only charges 13.4 volts is this enough..to look up others with same problem do i have to go thru all posts . thanks

    Thanks Boscoe so it seems that test ok for ohms . now i need to find peak voltage adaptor. in meantime are thier any simple things i may have missed checked all ground connections, checked fuse on red wire going to pos on batt. and fuse in wire harness on motor, no corrosion any cables taco...

    the three green wires that go to round plug tested wire 1 to2 is 1.6 ohms wires 2to 3 is1,8 ohms 3to 1 is 1.6 ohms these 3 wires come from stator and go to rec./regulator the other 2 wires [ brown and blue ] also go to from stator via plug in to rec/regulator test resistance from stator brown...

    Yamaha F60TLRA 2002 not charging changed rectiefier/regulator made no diff. does somebody have test numbers for stator thanks

    tested 3 Green wires to 3 pin from stator with noharness 1-3 is 1.6 2-3 is1.8 1-2is 1.6 other 2 wires from stator brown and blue 321.4 ohms

    Yamaha F60tlra outboard does not charge replaced rec/regulator because it was cheap ,any sugestions would nice also if any one has test numbers for stator that would be nice,no manual as boght used thanks BIGSHOP
