    HELP 65HP Evinrude 1973 model 85393M wide open throttle issue

    OK, so here it goes.. As you see above this is a 1973 85hp evinrude... Engine runs, a little tough starting, but runs well... issue is that when I push the throttle all the way forward, the engine does not get the boat up on plane.. all cyl are firing now... good comp in all 4 cyl... carb has...
