    Ok this is a long two part question my motor is bogging down on full throttle it will try to plane out then rrr rrr rrr like its hit air bad or something plane out then after hot it want go full throttle and primer bulb will get sucked closed and it's also all new. And u can see air in fuel...

    Ok here we go! I wasnt geting spark and found my ignition coil was cracked so i put one on it of of a parts motor. And still no spark.so im guessing its bad too. I checked ohms with meter i cant get nothing but the part that puzzles me is now when i tried to start the negative cable to battery...
