1997 johnson 115hp weak piss

My johnson has a weak flow. Its a 1997 115hp ELEUC. I did a water pump replacement and she has been spitting lazily. i may have dropped a part when i took off the plug where the water spits out. If I had the motor here I could probably find the filter but looking at parts books don't hit it. Would be nice if you told us where it is. Thank You.
