Also,.as to reusing item 14....

If you "shmear" a thin layer of some quality "sensor safe" gasket maker....
(I use Right Stuff...pricey...poor shelf life but VERY reliable)
..... on both sides of an old gasket like that and let it cure, it will seal up nicely when you clamp it down.

If you decide to make a new one because it is torn up, make sure that you keep it that same size. The reason is that I think it is part of the air cooling ducting system that directs air flow around the cylinder.
Downsizing that item might result in overheat damage to the engine.
