    What is it, and how to fix?

    Ok, last year or so I replaced the thermostat on my 2010ish Honda BF8. Sometime after I began to notice some salt deposits coming from the red circled hole. When I run the engine I can see a slow drip of water coming out, which increases with higher rpms. Ideas?

    Its water pump impeller time

    The motor is a 2010 Honda 8 powerthrust long shaft serial baaj1602744. No water out of the telltale. I removed the screen from the lower unit intake and found a few small pieces of the impeller so I am sure my diagnosis is correct. I need a little help as I went to boats.net to find the parts...

    Is this a problem?

    I purchased this boat and motor used it is an 06 BF90. I noticed the tube coming out of the crankcase has been plugged with something. The motor runs fine so I hope it is ok to leave like it is. Ideas as to why this is?
