Its water pump impeller time

The motor is a 2010 Honda 8 powerthrust long shaft serial baaj1602744. No water out of the telltale. I removed the screen from the lower unit intake and found a few small pieces of the impeller so I am sure my diagnosis is correct. I need a little help as I went to boats.net to find the parts to order. I cannot find the model number from my serial number. don't laugh. Which kit do I order. I think I only need the new gasket and impeller. Any tricks to replacing the impeller. I think I read somewhere that you have to have the motor in reverse when you reinstall the lower unit?? I will probably order the parts for my Honda BF90 while I am at it so I have that ready when it goes out as well.

Also, not sure why but the stamp on the outboard bracket shows its a BF8D but since it is a powerthrust model shouldnt it be BFP8D?

06192-ZW9-000 or 06193-ZW9-020.

06192-zw9-000 impeller kit or 06193-zw9-020 rebuild kit. These pumps are for all of the 8D/9D motors except for the extra long shaft.
