    Finally got my 200 started after rebuilding cylinder heads, but......

    It fired up and ran, then service engine light came on after a few minutes. I ran my hds and got code 4-2, but I forgot to save the diagnostic test on my computer and trying to figure out what the issue is. It mentioned something to do with timing...i think...anyone?? Thanks!

    Well, it happened again! Timing belt pulley, what a mess...

    For those that can remember my post from 3 years ago, my timing belt pulley bearings gave out at 5500 rpm on my 2003 Bf200 and I had to pull both heads off and replace all the intake and exhaust valves. I did all the work myself except for grinding the valves...well looks like the same thing...

    Fuel usage on twin 200s

    I ran 74 nm, crusing 3500-3800 rpms and got 1.12 mpg on my 2003 200s with 775 hours on them. I run a mako 261 with an armstrong 30" bracket. I expected better mpg. Feel free to post your numbers...I'm contemplating going to the new suzuki 200s.
