    87 merc 9.9 leaking fuel

    my 87 merc started to leak a small amount of fuel when I tilt it to take it off. I heard this could be the start of carb troubles? any advice thanks

    '87 merc 9.8 pull start not working. need help please

    I have a 1987 mercury 9.8 outboard. the pull start worked fine the other day. today not so good. pulled ok, recoiled ok. did not "engage". not mechanically incline, but can do the basics. can anyone give me tell me what to look for. thanks for the help
