    Hi! I have a 05 bayliner with Hi! I have a 05 bayliner with a 3.0 cruiser when I first start it up the tach jumps around for the 1st minute or 2 then it is fine. Also when I turn the key there is an alarm that stays on until I start the engine. Is this normal?THANKS

    Prop for 93 120

    I have a 93 four winns 18 ft w I have a 93 four winns 18 ft with a 120 johnson. I am currently running a 14x19 prop and only getting 4800 rpm I heard a 13 1\4 x 17 would raise the rpm and speed. Is this a good choice? Would it make that much difference? Thanks!!

    Hard steering

    Hi! I bought a 93 four winns w Hi! I bought a 93 four winns with a 93 120 johnson the steering is a bear! 2 hands real hard to steer it! It runs great but the steering is hard. It is like a car with no power steering. I greast all the fittings on the motor and the shaft still hard to steer.
