    2000 25hp 3cylinder Johnson getting hot.

    I have a 2000 25hp 3cylinder Johnson. New thermostat last year and new water pump today. When it's just idling I can only hold my hand on the block 10sec max. When it's opened up the block is not hot at all. It's peeing lots of water. Any ideas?

    I put a new water pump today and new thermostat last year. It seems to me that it's getting to hot. It's peeing lots of water . When I'm trolling it's getting hot. I can only⁹ hold my hand on the block 10sec max. When it's running fast it's not hot at all. What could be the problem.

    i need a water pump for a 2000 Johnson 25hp 3cylinder J25TEL3SSB. What is the part above the impeller cup on the Sierra kit. Some kits show it some don't. I don't remember seeing it when I did the impeller last year

    Lower unit oil

    The creamy looking stuff on the left is after 4 days in the water trolling about 2hrs a day. The stuff on the right is new. Should the lower unit oil look like that? There wasn't any water drain out first. It just drained out slow. I hav a video but it wont let me load it.

    Hose tank connection

    I have 25hp 3cylinder Johnson, were the fuel line connects to the tank I noticed last night when I went to pump the ball before starting that it was pushing air into the tank and leaking at the connection.     I have a 2000 25hp 3cylinder Johnson. Most of the time when it starts its in reverse. If I shift it in forward then it goes back to neutral fine. It's not a big deal I just want to make sure this isn't something that is about to go wrong?

    I have a 2000 Johnson 25hp 3cylinder. The sticker on the motor says QL82C. The Johnson spark plug guide says QL86C. Is there a difference and which one should I use?
