    Engine won't start after high pressure strainer replacement

    '02 HONDA 225.... Thanks for your help with replacing the high pressure strainer on my 225 Honda... All seemed to go well (no leaks etc.) but now the engine won't start... Started OK with the old one... I did prime the crap out out of it looking for leaks... Could I have just flooded it...

    Honda BF 225 Lower unit

    My 02 Honda 225 had bad lower unit gears. Was quoted by the Honda certified dealer $900 for parts and 14 hrs labor @75 per. Ouch! but I said OK. Went to pick up the boat today and they said the labor was 27 hrs ($1000 more). I was pissed!!! How many hrs does it take?! I think I'm being...
