"after getting the johnson to run again and actually be a one pull from cold i finished up by greasing it in all the locations of zerk fittings i could find.
can someone please point me to a schematic or give me all their locs? like i said in earlier posts i cant see well so i kinda just flet around
for them.
one problem was either this motor was never greased or it was almost new when my uncle passed away and it came to my mother and then myself.
why i say this is all of the fittings have paint on them still including the one that i found in the grease gun when i was putting it away
nor do i know which one i lubed last. do they make 1 size larger zerks? or might can i wrap the wayward fitting with thread tape and get it to stay after chipping the paint from them all?
i need to find where it came from for sure. what grease do you guys like best also?
