yet another year/h.p. question

I bought a used Merc. supposedly a 15 h.p. with 9.9 decals. I can't find a model no. the first couple numbers of the s.n. are almost unreadable. I believe it to be 0B351593. Again not positive about the 0B. It's tiller steer with electric/pull start. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks
