hi guys im trying to find information on outboard i bought , the problem i have is you cant read the serial number , but , i have found a couple of stamped numbers

i know its a 15hp mariner and its has a wisconsin sticker on it also . any info is greatly appreciated or links on how to read these numbers and what they mean.
