can someone tell me the year of my Mariner 2m 6a1 079431 2hp engine? also a source to get a new prop. Thanks

The only active listing I have for a prop is Merc part number 48-93032M - at any Merc dealer but quite expensive (considering) at 75 bucks.

You may want to try a Yami dealer - ask if they have a prop for a Yamaha model "2B" which is their version of your motor - you may find significant savings - and yes, it will fit exactly.."
