Year and charging problem

We just got this boat last wee

We just got this boat last week and the lights were wired wrong and I think burnt up the voltage regulator. It will charge about 13 volts for a while then upwards of 18-19 volts after that. I'm not sure of the year and then of course what regulator to order. the numbers are E75TRLCIM SN 0002331 Thanks for the help
