Hey all, When changing oil this fall as part of winterizing, I mistakenly put YamahLube All Purpose 10w-40 oil in the motor rather than the recommended Yamaha LUB-10W30 FC-04.
Besides any potential issue with emissions (due to the FC-04 being low phosphorous and the oil that I used is not) is there any problem with using the motor with the All Purpose this coming summer? Or should I replace the oil with the proper FC-04?
