I've bought an old Yamaha P165 from someone. It is hard to start it up, and it doesn't have much power anymore (I think).
My boat (dinghy, 66 lb) goes about 19 miles/h.
Also, it produces blue smoke (if anyone is interested, I have a small clip of it).
Is there anything I can do to fix all of the above? Can I fix it by bringing it to a professional to have it get serviced?
And, does someone have an owner's manual or parts list for this engine? The serial number is L08067.
