Yamaha F70 prop advice

New member would appreciate some advice. I have a smokercraft 162 tracer, 24 volt troller, anchors, lots of accessories, fairly heavy setup, has a 2016 F70 with 14 hrs on meter (runs perfect). When just me and the dog and the live well full it's pretty sluggish out of the hole but tolerable, with a good sized buddy it's embarrassing. Tried 13" pitcch 14.2"dial. (Hits rev limiter), 14" pitch 14.2" (works best-6000 rpm), 15" pitch 14" (sluggish -5600 rpm) all have roughly the same top speed heavy or light. Found some props with 13.3 dia. Whatever pitch. Now finally the question, will the smaller dia let it come out of the hole better???? And would I stay with same pitch or could I up and pickup some speed/lower wot rpm??
