Yamaha F150AETL. Leaking hydraulic oil from the "manual tilt screw". How to replace?

Hi there!

I had some problems with my motor at the end of last season. The power tilt did stop working, but after filling up some hydraulic oil, it worked fine again. During the service before the winter I found that there was leaking oil from the screw you use to manually tilt up or down the engine, while using the power tilt. After a close look I could see that the screw was in bad shape bad shape due to corrosion. So I just bought a new one and hoped for an easy fix. Its part: 64E-43860-01-00 MANUAL VALVE SUB-ASS

The problem is that I can't pull the screw all the way out and change it. Because the biggest diameter of it, is bigger than the "slot" on the outside. Have anyone faced this problem? Maybe it's alot more work than a first thought.. :(
