Yamaha 99d no spark

have not stated my motor for 1 year now i don't appear to have any spark.have change plugs and coil need help

"just in time,what is that white wire do?and why unplug it will get spark,and i have 92 yamaha 200,and only white wire i got is mix color,like w/r,w/b.and it got little switch on the left side of the cdi box,never find out what that switch does,thanks."

"white wire is the stop circuit
you pull this and if you get spark, then you know it is either the stop switch ir ignition switch

the switch is timing on yours
w/r w/b is trigger on yours"

THE ONLY WHITE WIRE FROM CDI U

THE ONLY WHITE WIRE FROM CDI UNIT I COULD FIND WAS A MIXED OF WHITE WITH RED SRTIPE
I UNPLUGGED IT BUT STILL DID NOT GET ANY SPARK

"not sure of year, i thought being a 9.9d may give some indication, our local yamaha dealer told me it would be over 20yrs old. not sure how to find the year, only model no. i can find are 682c-s 033495 hope this may help"
