yamaha 25Hp 2002 4 stroke

my outboard will run for about 45min until its one and only warning light comes on cause the engine to shut off. some work has alredy been done such as water pump and therostat, and sparks. just started and cant seem to figure it out.thx and advise ,tips,or people w/ the same problem

The warning light is for overtemp and/or low oil pressure.

Please check if your trouble is temperature or oil pressure related.

Disconnect one of the sensors (temp or oil), while the warning light come on and retest.
