My 2004 90TLRC Yamaha is spraying excessive fuel from the front of the bottom carburator and flooding the cylinder, i have taken the carburator off took the lower bowl off cleaned the jet port with carb&choke cleaner and blew out with compressed air, also took top of carb off and cleaned out expossed jets as well, nothing has changed, even checked the sync of the 3 carbs in the neutral position all butter fly flaps closed shut, could this be the fuel pump or have i missed something in the cleaning of the carb?

Do a complete rebuild on the carb, and check the reeds in the intake. sounds like there is no suction on that cylinder.

This sounds like a float problem. I believe for your motor the float should be set at 14mm.

Re: Yamaha 2004 90TLRC Carburator Problem

The problem was a broken reed valve that was sucked into the cylinder and ruined the piston, being fixed.
