Yamaha 115 4stroke bogging down under load

My engine will start and run and rev to WOT in neutral. Bogs down when put in gear. It will not speed up and will occasionally start to accelerate and bog back down.
To this point I have replaced all fuel filters and it will pump fuel through the fuel filter container good with each pump of the priming bulb. Seems to have good fuel flow to this point.
Have removed connectors at each fuel injector and each time the engine will noticeably run rough on each one until reconnected. I think the injectors are good.
The gas I have in my boat is fairly new and I didn’t detect any water in my fuel that I pumped out.
I am hesitant to do anymore without some advice. Thanks

While I am not familiar with what engine you have (partially because there is no year or model besides 115 4 stroke), I would be looking at fuel pressure to start with

Keep revving it up to WOT in neutral and you won't need to worry about it much longer and avoid standing next to it while doing that.
