My engine has a clanking noise

My engine has a clanking noise when running. Did a compression and found no compression on top 2 cylinders. Any answer to this problem?

No compression and metallic clanking is a bad sign. Pull head from cylinders with 0 compression for clues...it will have to come off anyway.
