Hey guys, just found this forum and as a proud new Yahama Owner I'll be around here. I recently picked up a 2011 leftover 9.9hp four stroke recently and I had a few basic questions. Has anyone tried running a different prop on this motor. I fish small waters with a heavier 14' Alumacraft, and if I can gain any "performance" on this little motor while staying under Yahama warranty....I'm down to look into it, even for 1.5mph. I could not buy a 15hp, because the lakes limit is 9.9, and the game warden knows the 15's well.
