I found a nice powerhead at a

I found a nice powerhead at a garage sale. but I have no idea of the year or horsepower. It is a mercury and the serial number is oa751775. I tried to google some model year look ups but I can't figure them out. Farly easy with Johnson evinrude but Man they make it hard for Mercs. Maybe its just me. Any help would be appreciated

How many cylinders? will help narrow down the horsepower - then we can try checking the carb(s) - top (or only) carb will have a WM or WMC number cast right into the top (birds eye view) - that will assist in determining horsepower as well...."

Being a 2 cylinder it is probably a 25 horse or under. The carb number (ie. 35a etc - also seen them as 11135, where the last 2 numbers are the carb number) will definately help getting the exact horsepower..."
 
The WMC number is stamped by i

The WMC number is stamped by itself on top of the carb but there are numbers on the side and they are 081928 and there is a number on the primer 17703-0
other then that those are the only number I could see
