Worried sick

I used that 5 gallon jug kit from amazon for my 5.0mpi's. Am worried sick because of reading all the horror stories. I ran 5 gallons of -75° through them only after brought up to temp and didn't drain anything out afterwards. So i ending up making a trip out to the cold indoor storage place where my boat is once it got below zero for about a week. I then removed the 4 blue plugs on each motor and antifreeze came out. I should be good right?

The trouble with that system is your diluting the water in the engine block . your not replacing the water with AF protection.
Unless you drain everything first , you are at risk of damage. Depending on what you diluted the minus 75 to you may have dodged the bullet.

I did go to make sure it still came out liquid after it was subzero for at least a week though. Opened blue plugs and antifreeze came pouring out in liquid form. Not even slush or anything.

I'd drain it completely then refill the block and manifolds by pulling hoses and pouring the AF in.
