1996 25 hp outboard. sat outsi
1996 25 hp outboard. sat outside for two years covered but not winterized. did rebuild kit this year and seems to run pretty well. motor looks very clean had one clogged line from mud wasps. cleaned out and water shots out for cooling in a steady stream. however wont start just with pushing key in to choke. need to pull primer switch on motor to start. then once moving push primer back in and away it goes. never needed to touch primer switch before. any suggestions?
