Ihave a 15' fiberglass cra

Ihave a 15' fiberglass crappie boat with a 25hp Johnson. It runs great but won't plane out at full throttle even though I have the motor tilted down as far as it will go. Suggestions?.

"Check your plug gap. i had a 25 yamaha long ago, changed the plugs without gapping them, ran fine but only had about 1/2 the power it should have had. Gapped the plugs ran like a new engine!!! It"s hard to belive how much differance plug gap makes in a 2 stroke"
