"have a evinrude 200xp on a ranger 390v. won't idle good ,dies when putting in gear ,and it takes forever to plane out. Have checked compression ,o.k. and spark o.k.. Replaced plugs gapped at .30. Replaced gas bulb. Rebuilted carbs, found wrong jets in carbs and also they were in wrong positions. can anyone help me?"
