Won’t start

I can’t get my Tohatsu MFS25B to start it sat with old fuel in it and did not run for 2 years. I have replaced the spark plugs I have replaced the fuel pump I have drained the fuel system cleaned fuel filter I’m not sure what else to do to get it to start

Checked kill switch ?----Remove sparkplugs.----Put 5 drops of fuel into each cylinder.----Install plugs.----Report what happens when you try and start the motor.

It’s does not have a carb it is fuel injection

Sorry. I forgot. What does the Vapor separator look like inside? The high pressure pump might be stuck.
