Wiring confusion on vacuum switch

I have a 1968 johnson outboard 100hp electamatic I just bought and virtually all the wiring was toast or non existent. I have purchased a few manuals and browsed the internet for countless hours and have managed to replace many parts and rewire the whole motor. The issue I'm having is I've been told how the switch operates and that it is wired via the pulse pack to keep the motor from starting on its own if everything is aligned right but I still can't find the info to know exactly what to wire it to. Any help is appreciated!
