Winterize

I have a small skiff with a 15

I have a small skiff with a 15 gallon tank I have 2 gallons left in the tank and have just decarb the motor idle great now .(thanks to all of you for the sea foam trick tip )anyhow should I run it out of fuel or winterize the two gallons or fill it up and winterize the hole 15 gallons? Thanks
