Winterization and Steering fork Problem

So, I pulled the drain plugs and hoses on my volvo 431 V6 block with DP oudrive and drained the water. While I was waiting for parts/tools to winterize it got cold, I pulled the hoses again and found the water in my sea pump froze along with the hoses to and from the pump. What can I do now to winterize or should I just cross my fingers until the spring and see if there is any damage? Is my sea pump/water pump toast now? I also broke my steering helmet and need to replace that. Any tips? I know this is a lot, but any help would be greatly appreciated. I just want my boat ready for the spring. Thanks!
 
The hoses should handle mild expansion from frozen water, and the sea water pump impeller should absorb most of the frozen water expansion.

As for the Helmet.... make sure that the one you find is for a 290.
