winter is coming

Even if here in northern Italy winter isn't that much, and I am going to store my boat (by the way, have a look at this link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=evG_j8a1Yao) in my company warehouse where the temp never goes below 40F, what should I do to best maintain cooling system, fuel circuit and every other stuff that should be cared in the 318 inboard out of the water for the next 6 months?

Not much....Change the oil and run some fuel stabilizer thru it while circulating the new oil...
