Why can't I upload images with my post?

I have tried several time to include images to a post on this forum and they don't upload. They are .jpg and about 1-2MB in size. Am I doing something wrong?

Maybe too big ? I think probably have to be below 1 MB ( This one is 925 KB)

That is pretty small, but would explain it.

Ill see if I can make them smaller. Thank you.

There is supposed to be pop up when you try to load a photo, that tells you the max size, but I’ve never seen it work.
I’ve only been able to see the sizes when going to ADVANCED MODE.
That’s a bit clunkier, as you have to upload the photo, then select & drag it to proper area, which is painful if working on an iPad.
if you click on the “?”, at the far right of the upload manager, it will open the box.

Right. I use "lit photo" and you keep the smaller file right handy with original. Adjust size quickly with a slider. They are rated @ 4.7, not bad. Think it's the best I've used.
