"Does anyone know why the Bombardier Evin/Johnson parts diagrams do not seem to get updated with superseded parts.
I find I go to the BMP site. List what parts I need. Then I get on a site like ishopmarine.com, just to find out that the part is now superseded by another part with a new number.
It's not the end of the world, but I would think that the decision to supersede a part would come from the manufacturer. If this is so, then why doesn't the manufacturer update their parts diagrams?"
