which seleniod do I order?

I have a 1991 Mercury 2 stroke 3 cylinder outboard motor and my motor won't come down, which selenoid brings the motor down?

The one w/the green wire. Blue sky is up and green grass is down. Switch them and look into the sockets for corrosion...then if it won't go up then replace both since they get the same use and the other will fail soon.
