Where to flush out my motor?

Ok I took my boat out today in saltwater I got home and I can not find where to put the ear muffs at there are not vents in the lower unit to flush out the motor anybody know? Its a 1994 8 hp mercury 0g095470 please help lol

It's underneath the anti-ventilation plate.
Watch out for the propeller.....if you put it in gear, you could get hurt.
Probably best to remove the prop.

There is a special flusher for these models and as noted it's under the cav plate almost directly above the blades of the prop.

The easiest way to flush the portable Mercs is with a pail/garbage can of water - just put the whole lower unit in, fire her up and let it flush...

Thanks guys that's what I ended up doing is just using a old trash can I cleaned out.
