Where can I buy an AQ 120 B?

Where can I buy an AQ 120 B?
I would like one with a warranty or a good rebuilt motor.
So far all I have found is one used in a old boat and it is 800 dollars. They wont sell just motor. And not sure how long motor has been sitting. Can anyone help with where to find this motor in good condition

Are you looking for a "drop in" engine or just for a good block & head? I am asking this because you can usually buy for a lower price an automotive engine and "marinize" it by transplanting all the "marine" parts from an old engine.
