Where is oil leaking from?

I have a 2005 4 stroke 115 saltwater series. I bought it used, has around 350 hrs. Yamaha made the power head that year. So, when tilted up, I get a very small pool of oil and/or fuel in the lowest corner. It is brown, making me think oil. When checking the dipstick, it looks okay. I can not find the place it is coming from and can not put the boat back in my boat slip until I find the problem. It leaves a sheen on the water and I was called to remove it.

I have barely used it since getting it. Oil was changed back in March, so any run off should be fine by now. The filter is clean around it. The bottom of the power head casing is dirty, probably from this problem, so trying to clean that is very difficult.

Any ideas?
 
I'm starting to thinking it is fuel. My fuel line is straight from the bulb to the engine without a disconnect in it. I laid down paper towels , but can not find a drip anywhere.

Is is there an easy way to run the fuel out From a point to see if it continues to drip. And is there anyone with a potential idea on where this is coming from or how to find it?
